There have been some tunes that I especially liked;
ones that I wanted to put my personal stamp on
by working up an arrangement.
Some are intended to be played on acoustic guitar, some are more suited to an electric; many of the jazz tunes are played on a semi-acoustic/arch top
to get that traditional jazz tone. And others are fingerstyle and lend themselves to nylon string/classical.
Once you get your hands on them, you can do whatever you want.
All of the arrangements come two different ways:
Standard/TAB: Written out in both standard notation and tablature,
on two separate lines.
CompAnno: Short for ‘completely annotated’. The notation and TAB is still there, but all the left and right hand fingerings are also included.
For each arrangement, I’ll do a performance video, so you can hear what my take on the song sounds like, and I’ll publish it to my YouTube channel.
Depending on the interest, for some of the arrangements, I’ll also do a series of videos, breaking them down and going through the work in sections to help in tackling any tough spots.
